At The Elliot Group, Brittnee leverages her deep knowledge of recruitment and people best practices as Senior Consultant. During her tenure, Brittnee has successfully placed executives in senior leadership roles within operations, human resources, marketing, franchise sales, and finance, across the consumer and service sectors, including restaurant, hospitality, lodging, and entertainment.
Previously, Brittnee served as Director of Talent and Diversity at Le Pain Quotidien USA and Little Beet Brands. Earlier, Brittnee was the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for Aurify Brands, a multi-brand restaurant platform, where she was responsible for building, defining, and executing the organization’s DE&I strategy.
An advocate for equitable opportunities and access to education, Brittnee started her career in the education non-profit sector, helping underserved communities and students seek resources for college. With a deep commitment to community engagement, Brittnee has volunteered her time and insights to several community-based organizations, helping with the talent and learning and development functions.
Brittnee graduated from Sienna College with a Bachelor’s degree and went on to earn her Master’s in Organizational Management from Columbia University. As a New York City resident and Bronx native, she likes to explore museums and experience new restaurants.
