As Executive Vice President at The Elliot Group, she leads Board, C-suite, and Vice President-level searches across critical functions, including operations, development, franchise sales, human resources, marketing, supply chain, and finance. With a deep understanding of multi-site, customer-facing businesses, Connie leverages her expertise and expansive global network to connect top talent with leading companies in the restaurant, manufacturing, foodservice, retail, hospitality, fitness, and residential and commercial services industries.

Connie partners with publicly traded, private equity-backed, privately held, and franchise organizations to identify leaders who align with strategic goals and drive growth, innovation, and transformation. Recognized for her ability to recruit high-impact change agents, she is frequently called upon by companies undergoing growth, turnaround, or reinvention. Since joining The Elliot Group in 1994, Connie has placed hundreds of executives whose leadership has propelled organizational success and meaningful career advancement, helping to shape the leadership landscape across the industries she serves.

Connie holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee and has been an active member of the Women’s Foodservice Forum. Originally from New England, she and her husband, Tony, now reside in North Florida, where she remains involved in her local community.
