Jen Hustis, Senior Consultant, brings a unique combination of executive search expertise, operational leadership, and talent strategy to The Elliot Group. Jen draws on her experience in both search and operations to identify and build strong relationships with qualified executives who align with her clients’ organizational goals, long-term vision, and culture.

Prior to joining Elliot, Jen served in operational leadership roles in the medical technology and healthcare industries. During a period of significant growth, Jen managed organizational change, acquisition and integration, and business transformation, gaining firsthand exposure to the impact of leadership on organizational growth and insight into identifying and evaluating leaders who are capable of driving business goals.

Jen began her career in executive search, focusing on senior-level talent acquisition and executive placement.

A former professional dancer, Jen holds a BFA in Dance from Florida State University and has been a certified yoga instructor since 2010. She lives in Jacksonville, Florida, with her husband and two children.
