Jewelle Rodriguez joined The Elliot Group in 2021, bringing over a decade of hospitality experience, including operations, talent procurement, team development, systems implementation, and business strategy.
Born and raised in New York (a Bronx native), Jewelle grew up in a family of restauranteurs that relished in delicious food and memorable experiences. She spent much of her childhood immersed in both the back and front of house, often visiting tables to meet and greet guests, which sowed the seeds of her greatest passion—people driven encounters.
Ms. Rodriguez has a knack for understanding the linkages between strategic leadership, organizational culture, and operational excellence. She spent almost a decade growing a restaurant brand from one unit to six throughout New York, starting as the Front of House Manager and working her way to Chief Operating Officer of the Don Coqui Restaurant Group.
Prior to joining The Elliot Group, Jewelle worked as a Project Manager for The Fireman Hospitality Group.
Jewelle holds a Bachelor of Arts from Fordham University with a major in Organizational Leadership and an M.B.A. with a concentration in Hospitality from Johnson and Wales University. Her continued intellectual curiosity has earned her a Certificate in Restaurant Operations from New York University and a Certificate in Project Leadership from Cornell University.
