Juliana is based out of the New York office. She joined The Elliot Group as a Search Consultant in 2010, promoted to Vice President in 2015, and then again to Senior Vice President in 2021.
Raised in a family full of adventurous diners and travelers, Juliana’s interest in the hospitality industry piqued at a young age. Before joining The Elliot Group, Juliana worked in the non-profit sector, organizing an international conference of sustainable food producers, educators, cooks, and students.
At The Elliot Group, Juliana partners with growth companies, private-equity backed organizations, and major corporations, bringing a strategic and market-aware eye towards identifying great executive talent. She has previously been involved with The James Beard Foundation, sitting on the advisory committee for the Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership Program. Currently, Juliana sits on the Incubator Advisory Committee for Hot Bread Kitchen, a non-profit social enterprise with a mission to create economic opportunity through careers in food.
Juliana is a magna cum laude graduate of The Elliot School of International Affairs at The George
Washington University. She lives in Westchester County with her husband and two sons.
