Lauren brings over 10 years of administrative and client-facing experience to her role as Search Coordinator at The Elliot Group. She supports business development initiatives and plays a key role in managing the administrative aspects of the executive search process.

Prior to joining The Elliot Group, Lauren served as Client Coordinator at a global executive search firm, where she supported three top-performing partners. Earlier in her career, Lauren gained valuable experience across several industries, including restaurants, cosmetology, film, and fashion.

Lauren is a graduate of Georgia Military College, earning an associate’s degree in Sociology. She resides in Southern Illinois and enjoys spending time with her husband, Jake, and their two dogs.
