As Senior Vice President of Client Services & Success at The Elliot Group, Liz cultivates strategic partnerships across the consumer and service industries, fostering deep client relationships and serving as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders as they assess Executive Leadership and implement talent strategies to drive organizational growth and elevate brand performance.

Initially joining The Elliot Group as a member of the Executive Search Team, Liz has led successful work for Board, C-suite, and Vice President assignments across a wide range of functional disciplines. Her work spans diverse organizational landscapes, including publicly held organizations, private equity-backed companies, franchise operations, and founder-led ventures, often within high-growth environments.
