Preston is an entrepreneurial-minded sales leader, advisor, and board member, committed to building and growing with execution from the ground up. A proven people leader and builder, Preston is a believer in growing excellent products and companies while scaling revenue and partnerships. Leveraging his diverse business background as a member of executive leadership teams, Preston embraces innovation and risk, values creative solutions, and has a high intellect for making sense of chaos.

 Prior to joining The Elliot Group, Preston was at software services firm 7shifts (a team management platform for the hospitality industry) for nearly four years, growing the sales and partnerships teams and helping to scale the company to record revenue.

 Preston also had revenue-focused roles at Apple, Yahoo! and IAC (Evite, Citysearch, Ticketmaster, Match.com, Expedia, HomeAdvisor, LendingTree). He was Vice President of Brand Solutions for Yelp, opening the first NYC office and growing the business from $2MM to $700MM in annual revenue over the course of eight years.

 In 2017, Preston co-founded the consulting firm Mile Square Labs, where he has provided hundreds of early-stage founders and startups with consulting and advisory services that better prepare the companies for future growth phases.

Outside of his professional endeavours, Preston enjoys sports, travel, good food and drink, new experiences with family, and keeping up with the latest consumer trends and emerging tech.
