As Executive Vice President at The Elliot Group, Tatia brings extensive executive search and leadership advisory expertise with deep specialization across the travel, hospitality, and retail sectors. She advises organizations ranging from Fortune 50 companies to private equity-backed middle-market businesses on senior executive recruitment, organizational transformation, and succession planning. Her strategic perspective is grounded in more than 15 years of leadership experience serving Fortune 500 clients.

Prior to joining The Elliot Group, Tatia spent nearly eight years as a search consultant and leadership advisor focused on the global consumer, hospitality and retail sectors. She also served as President and Chief Client Officer at Havas, a leading global advertising and marketing agency, where she oversaw business operations and led executive-level client relationships. Her experience as both an operator and advisor enables her to help organizations identify and develop transformative leaders.

Based in Chicago, Tatia serves on the Board of Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana. She is involved with the American Marketing Association and is a founding member of the Women's Purpose Council. Tatia earned a bachelor's degree in psychology and a Master of Education in vocational counseling from the University of Georgia.
