Brad Bruckman, Executive Vice President, has over 30 years of experience in the restaurant, supply chain, and wholesale industries. Brad started his career at Domino’s Pizza where he was a General Manager, an Area Franchisee, and the Domino’s National Director of Franchise Relations serving over 1,000 franchisees. He later joined The Italian Oven casual dining restaurant chain as their Director of Operations.
Next, Brad joined PepsiCo Restaurants as a Market Manager for Taco Bell, was soon promoted to the role of Country Manager of a PepsiCo Joint Venture with the Russian government, and later received another promotion to Director and eventually Senior Director of Supply Chain Management for PepsiCo Restaurants. Brad left YUM (formerly PepsiCo) to franchise Krispy Kreme Doughnuts in northern California; opening 15 stores, a commissary, and a wholesale distribution business serving over 600 retail outlets. His company won the coveted Krispy Kreme Area Developer of the Year Award in 2002.
After five years as one of Krispy Kreme’s most successful franchisees, Brad was offered a position as their President of International Operations. Brad elected to instead sell his franchise to Krispy Kreme Corporation and relocated to Reno, Nevada where he began Food Fun Inc. leading another franchise opportunity. In 2008, Brad relocated to Atlanta, Georgia where he currently resides with his wife and two sons.
Brad has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh.
