Brian Dobson, Vice President, has over 25 years of experience with an established and proven record of awards and accomplishments in the hospitality industry that has covered a wide range of concepts that include casual dining, fine dining, hotel and bar & nightclubs. After starting his career in his family owned restaurant, Brian went on to spend time as General Manager in both Boston, MA and Atlanta, GA with such concepts as Longhorn Steakhouse and Planet Hollywood / All-Star Café. In 1998 Brian joined Jillian’s Entertainment and spent over 8 years with them at which time he finished as Director of Operations – East Coast.
Brian then took the role of Director of Operations for Turntable Restaurant Group, a restaurant and concept development affiliate of China Grill Management. Brian has also been involved in the entertainment side of the industry during which time he spent with multi-venue concepts, boutique bowling concepts by Brunswick and dine-in theatre concepts with Carmike Cinemas where he was the Director of Restaurant Operations.
In addition, Brian has over 10 years of concept development & design in both the F.O.H and B.O.H., menu creation and construction oversight. In addition to operations, Brian has also served on such committees as Training & Development, Real Estate, Alcohol Licensing and Food & Beverage Development.
Brian resides in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife and two sons.
