Connie Paris, Senior Vice President, based in North Florida, joined Elliot Associates in 1994. Her extensive track record in hospitality, the restaurant, retail and manufacturing industries is central to her client partnerships. Connie has a proven track record of delivering world-class senior-level talent both domestically and internationally that is founded on her depth of market knowledge and global network in the sector. Prior to joining Elliot Associates, Connie worked in executive recruiting with a boutique search firm, where she helped grow the hospitality practice globally, securing clients in the foodservice and hospitality industry. Additional to her credits, she has over six years of professional management experience in restaurant operations with a national restaurant chain as well as with an entrepreneurial casual dining concept responsible for financial growth while maintaining high levels of performance around guest service, systems execution, and food safety. Connie has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee, has been a Member of the Women’s Foodservice Forum and is active in her community. Connie and her husband Tony live in North Florida.
