After 16 years leading management recruiting at Hillstone Restaurant Group, Jeff joined The Elliot Group in 2005, bringing with him 25 years of human resources experience. During his time at Hillstone, he spearheaded searches in several disciplines including operations, design, project management, accounting, systems, and human resources, all while leading development of restaurant staff-level recruiting and enterprise hiring policies. At Elliot, Jeff’s search expertise includes C-level executive leadership assignments in general management, operations, finance, marketing, and human resources across the hospitality and restaurant industries. He has worked extensively with founders, emerging brands, and private equity-sponsored companies.
Jeff remains very active at his alma mater, Michigan State University, serving as an Executive Director on the School of Hospitality Business Executive Alumni Board. He was honored in 2009 as the University’s Emerging Alumni Leader of the Year. Jeff and his wife, Kathy, reside in Atlanta, GA with their four children.
