Based at the Company’s corporate headquarters in New York, Mackenzie brings a background in both recruitment and management. Growing up in Central Florida, Mackenzie gained an early appreciation for hospitality, tourism, and food and beverage. Mackenzie joined The Elliot Group after working for Los Angeles-based Hillstone Restaurant Group (formerly Houston’s) in several markets including New York City, Phoenix, and South Florida. While there, she spearheaded recruitment efforts for management candidates throughout the Northeast overseeing hiring, placement, and onboarding.
