Taylor Mondshein, Search Consultant, recently transitioned from the Elliot Advantage vertical where he worked with key clients to improve operational systems, marketing strategies and company standards.
At Elliot Advantage, Taylor gained extensive experience in multiple markets – including New York City, New Jersey, Chicago, and Washington, D.C. – where he stressed data-based decision making and focused on organizational due diligence and competitive analysis, human capital assessment and staffing, brand identity, and menu design and development.
Taylor brings an in-depth multi-media background in film, television, events & entertainment. He previously worked at Warrior Poets, a documentary production studio, where he fostered strategic partnerships with talent and networks alike, co-produced a weekly news podcast, and supervised and operated a promotional fast-casual food truck at the 2017 Toronto International Film Festival. His prior experience includes visual effects coordinating for Phosphene (vendor for HBO and Netflix), post-production coordinating and comprehensive U.S. & Asian film market research.
Mondshein has a B.A. in American History from Williams College and currently resides in Manhattan, NY.
