Vincent Russell, Director of Operations, has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry ranging from casual dining to multi-venue entertainment. Vincent has thrived in high volume concepts such as Planet Hollywood Corporation, Jillian’s Entertainment and Bravo Brio Restaurant Group. He has managed in markets throughout the United States from Seattle, Washington to Naples, Florida. Vincent has been involved in creating both hourly and management training programs. He has won numerous sales awards throughout his career setting both opening and annual sales records, and has had input throughout his career in both food and beverage menu designs.
Vincent has many years of experience in turning around failing businesses into growing and profitable venues, through his expertise at creating efficient methods to reduce food, beverage and labor costs.
Vincent has a degree in Finance from Florida State and currently resides in Florida with his wife and son.
